Return & Refund Policy

At Cosmo Wholesale, we are committed to supplying high-quality cosmetic raw materials, essential oils, and chemical ingredients to manufacturers and businesses across Pakistan. Due to the sensitive nature of our products (raw chemicals and ingredients), we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety and purity of our stock for all customers.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Policy

As a wholesale supplier of cosmetic raw materials, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered goods. This is to ensure that all products sold remain unadulterated and safe for formulation.

Exceptions are made only in the following specific cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: The product arrived damaged or leaked during transit.

  • Incorrect Item Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered.

  • Quality Discrepancy: There is a verified issue with the quality or specification of the material (subject to verification).

2. Reporting a Claim (Timeframe)

If you believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of receipt will not be entertained.

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival, even if you do not intend to use the materials right away.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Claim

To open a claim, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with the following information:

  1. Order Number.

  2. A clear description of the issue (e.g., “Bottle leaked,” “Wrong oil received”).

  3. Photographic Proof: Clear images or video showing the damage, leakage, or incorrect label.

4. Refunds and Resolutions

Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement: We will dispatch the correct or non-damaged item to you immediately.

  • Credit Note: We will issue a store credit for the value of the goods, which can be used on your next order.

  • Refund: In specific cases where a replacement is not possible, we may process a refund to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following cannot be returned if opened or if the 48-hour window has passed:

  • Essential Oils and Fragrance Oils (once the seal is broken).

  • Any raw chemical powders or bases that have been opened or used.

  • Items purchased on “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”

6. Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or shipping damage, Cosmo Wholesale will bear the return shipping costs or arrange for a pickup.

  • Customer Preference: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or “ordered by mistake” due to the wholesale nature of our business.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service, the order cannot be cancelled.
